Polysoft is an integrated,user-friendly,on-line, menu driven software
for effective management of Polyclinic Centers. It simplifies the
various operations like Lab Management Module, Marketing and Costing in
Polyclinic centers.
Lab Management Module:
This module performs various operations like Registration of patients,
entry of contact persons, Registration of Investigations, Third party
details, Investigation Cancellation, Results entry, Results printing,
Collections and appointments of patients etc. Various reports like
Department wise collections, Sub Department wise collections etc., are
generated. Enquiry about collections, Tests done for a patient, and
waiting list is also provided.
The salient features of Polysoft are:
· User-friendly and being developed to run in Multiuser environment.
· Provides upto-date and on-line information.
· Provides Registration for any Package offered.

Description :
It is a generalised package under development for KHOC , with an aim to

ActiveX technology and RDO's are in usage for the development of this
project to make it work in both single and multiuser environments. My

Description:
The Socio-Economic Survey was conducted to know about the Socio economic
conditions of the families living in slum areas of the Municipalities in
Andhra Pradesh. The survey is census survey covering all the families
in the slums. This survey covers General Information, Education, Health
and Socio economic programmes taken up by the Government.
The information collected for the survey through formats is voluminous
and it is difficult to tabulate the data manually, so this needs to be
computerised through the formats properly designed to suit the needs of
analysis. By computerising the information, it can be stored and
utilised whenever the data is required for planning and taking up the
new schemes. Besides the data is useful for researchers, planners as
well as administrators.
Contribution:
I was responsible for design of the several forms for the
information of the slums.
